In this research, the structure of atoms is described through the introduction of innovative theoretical concepts. These include a reinterpretation of the electron pair as a symmetric distribution of electrons on both sides of the nucleus. The study further proposes that localized electrons form atomic shells using a multilayered lattice structure that develops around the nucleus. The electron distribution forms vertices of polyhedra, which extend to form successive shells through two interconnected geometric methods: stellation and duality.
