Oronzo Brunetti

Oronzo Brunetti trained at the University of Florence (degree in architecture) and La Sapienza University in Rome (PhD in history of architecture); he began his academic career at the University of Parma and is currently professor of history of architecture at the Federico II University of Naples. Brunetti’s researches are mainly focused on three topics: culture and military architecture of the sixteenth century in Spanish Italy with particular attention to the training of architects; the late Baroque and Lorraine architecture in Tuscany; urban history in modern Apulia.
